§.1 General provisions

The data administrator is Zuzanna Kijewska. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “I”. The term “RODO” means Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

I respect the right to privacy and I care about the security of your data. The personal data provided in the form on the site are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

I’m the administrator of user data of our site. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address and IP address.

I’m also the administrator of the data of people subscribed to the newsletter.
Personal data is processed:

  • in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • to the extent and purpose necessary to carry out the Services provided electronically,
  • to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you, for example, if you subscribed to the newsletter,

Each data subject (if I’m their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

I reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of consent only to the extent and for the purpose of seeking any claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain this data.

I have the right to share your personal data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg law enforcement authorities).

The removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

I do not share personal data with other entities than authorized under the applicable law.

I have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and I have introduced access control, thanks to which I minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.

Personal data is processed by persons authorized only by me or by the processor, with whom I work closely.

§3. Cookies

When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The collected data is used to monitor and check how you use my website to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the site.
Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his needs. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used by me only to optimize activities.
